Georgia: Auto Dealers who want to sell vehicles in the state of Georgia must obtain a MVD Bond that expires on March 31 of an even year Example: 3/31/06 to 3/31/08
Illinois: The designated agent bond is required to expire on December 31.
Indiana: Mortgage Broker Bonds for the State of Indiana are required to obtain a Surety Bond December 31, and must run for a term of greater than 12 Months.
Louisiana: MVD Bonds are required to expire on December 31
Michigan: Expiration for the First Mortgage Bond is June 30; the Secondary Mortgage Bond is required to expire on December 31.
Mississippi: Mortgage Brokers are required to obtain a surety bond that is set to expire on June 30.
Missouri: An Expiration date of December 31 is required for MVD bonds.
Montana: Car dealers are required to obtain and maintain a surety bond that becomes effective on January 1 and expires on December 31
New Jersey: The New Jersey MVD Surety bond expires on March 31 of every year
New Mexico: MVD Bonds expires on December 31st
Ohio: Mortgage brokers are required to have a surety bond that expires on April 30 in Ohio
Oklahoma: Car Dealers must provide a Surety bond to the State this MVD Surety bond expires December 31
Oregon: In Oregon, a DMV Bond is required to expire the last day of the month, and the Surety Bond must be for a three-year term.
Tennessee: MVD Bonds in Tennessee must have a Surety bond that expires on the last day of the month and expires after a two-year term.
Texas: The Texas MVD Bond is required to end on the last day of the month.
Texas: Broker Bonds in Texas must run for a term of 2 years.
Texas: Establishments that sell Mixed Beverages Must have a Mixed Beverage Bond that expires December 31 of every year
West Virginia: MVD Bonds for West Virginia must have an expiration of June 30 for their surety bond.
